NOTE: If you do not contact our Customer Relations Team first you will be required to provide proof of purchase to validate your guarantee or your product will be treated as out of guarantee and any repairs or service will be chargeable. If you contact a service agent directly you will need to provide proof of purchase to validate an in guarantee repair.


OUTSIDE OF THE MANUFACTURER’S GUARANTEE PERIOD

If your item is out of guarantee please contact our authorised service agent directly to arrange a repair via the map below.
ALTERNATIVELY, you can book the repair online via our online repair booking tool. The repair request will be sent to our administration team to approve and allocate to an authorised service partner covering your area. ​
We also offer fixed price out of guarantee repair solutions to maintain the longevity of your product for many happy years of continued use.​ ​
