Ingredients
- 2 x 40 ml espresso
- 1/2 banana
- 30 g condensed milk
- 1 plain yoghurt (125 g)
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 4 ice cubes
Preparation
- Pour the 2 espresso into your blender.
- Add the banana, the condensed milk, yoghurt, maple syrup and ice cubes.
- Mix for around 20 seconds.
- Serve immediately.
