Espresso Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 2 x 40 ml espresso
  • 1/2 banana
  • 30 g condensed milk
  • 1 plain yoghurt (125 g)
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 4 ice cubes

Preparation

  • Pour the 2 espresso into your blender.
  • Add the banana, the condensed milk, yoghurt, maple syrup and ice cubes.
  • Mix for around 20 seconds.
  • Serve immediately.
