Ingredients
- 2x50 ml espresso
- 8 ice cubes
- 2 tsp light brown sugar
Preparation
- Prepare the espresso.
- Pour them into a shaker (or blender), add the light brown sugar and the ice cubes and shake (or blend) for around 20 seconds.
- Pour into a large glass and serve immediately.
Tips
For an extra kick add a teaspoon of coffee liqueur.
