Speculoos Milk Shake

Ingredients

  • 2 x 50 ml espresso
  • 1 scoop of vanilla ice cream
  • 1 scoop of coffee ice-cream
  • 250 ml milk
  • 5 speculoos (a Dutch spiced shortbread biscuit)

Preparation

  • Pour the 2 espresso and allow them to cool.
  • Pour the cold espresso into your blender, add the ice cream, milk and speculoos.
  • Mix for 15 to 20 seconds and pour into your glass. Serve with a straw.
